The Fillmore Auditorium officially opened its doors in 1954 and has been one of the best places to see live music in San Francisco ever since. Bands like the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix and The Who have all stepped on stage at this historic San Francisco Venue.
