Pier 39

Pier 39 is a favorite among visitors to San Francisco. The pier has restaurants, shops and other interesting stores with a San Francisco Flair. A great family attraction, the pier also features a carousel, a great view of sea lions basking in the sun and tons of unique street performers. There are also great views of Alcatraz, Angel Island, The Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge. Anyone interested in taking a ride on the Blue & Gold Fleet can also depart from Pier 39.
